Some customers live or work a great distance from their new home site.

We have had customers from out-of-state who relocated to KY but who could not find the extra time for multiple trips to and from Goffs while also preparing their belongings and families for the move.

We have had other customers with difficult job schedules, such as truck drivers and longshoremen, who could not be sure when they would be available during the construction process.

Goffs will stand in for the customer, and obtain all permits and accounts necessary to make the home ready for the new owners upon their arrival.
Goffs will communicate with the customer throughout the process. We will complete any and all construction needs on the job site per the customer's directives and prepare the home for walk-in living.

One out-of-state customer arrived at the bank for closing with their U-Hauls in tow; after the closing, they drove directly to their new home and turned the key at their new home and stayed in the home that evening.

Whatever it takes, Goffs will provide all the customer may need to meet the goal of moving into their new home with the least amount of stress and time involved.
